image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Following your example, I got my ride rite bags installed with my EXPOS. Fab'd a new support bracket for my cradles. Works perfectly, keeps the exact stance I want. Can run a low psi when loaded up now. I'm thinking all I'll need to run loaded up with about 600#, will prob only be around 20-25 psi. I'm running 5 psi passenger and 15 psi driver with about 200# daily weight. Moved my super bumps up front but kept their mounting place to act as a spacer/support base for my cradles in the rear. Worked perfectly. Thanks for your pictures and replies to my questions

looks good, im assuming with those numbers you lose the taco lean. I run a few psi more on driver as well. If you find you need more travel, just shave your u bolts down to the nut.

Yep, no lean. I think I'll be ok on travel length, but I'll keep that in mind, thanks again brother.

I have to shove a screwdriver through it. I really should get an oil filter wrench.

Bedslide Rail retro and side kix bins Installation/write up

    Here is the result:

    After:

    Write-up

    What you need:

    11,13mm sockets
    hex key and star bit
    cutting wheel
    drill and drill bits

These bins after some measurement and numerous talks with Jake over at bedslide determined they clear my wheel arches and bed stiffeners from at the helm.

Here are the boxes, they are quite big from shipment, especially the bins for reasons.

first step is to remove the side rails on my model which is the 1000 pro se to install the new traxrail kit (these will be added back later but it makes it a lot easier to install with them off)

use a 13mm socket for the sides and a 11mm socket for the rear back guard

the included back rail did not fit between the two rails, was about 1/8 inch off and i used a sander to sand both edges down as well as drill new holes to run the old bolt through as seen in the pics, you might not have this issue

bedslide instructions or everything else after that is pretty much straight forward, here is what the rails look like mounted

Now onto the side bins - they have a nice lining to them, carpet like feel so i wonder how these stand up to exposed in the rain for long periods

bedslides instructions are pretty good from here, just mount up but dont tighten until everything is together

heres how it looks pushed in
    [IMG]

heres how it looks like pulled out
    [IMG]

heres with the side guards back on -- you dont need to do this but i liked mine

hhere is a picture of them clearing the bed stiffeners

    here is the finished product
