So my tacoma has some lean to the side, the left side is lower than the right, I just had new ranchos put on the rear. Any Ideas on how to fix this lean?

Weak springs and all the weight of the driver and gas tank are on the left side.

Most people put a small (10mm?) spacer on the driver's side suspension to correct the lean. Weight of the driver, gas tank and battery being on that side take a toll over time and result in the infamous 'taco lean'.

Check to see if it is the front AND the rear leaning. A 1/4" top plate spacer fixes the front and a 1/2" shim in the rear fixes the back. Shipping would be $7 USPS Small Flat Rate.

Thats it i measured each wheel well and compared notes and on the drivers side wheel wells are off about that much, also i have a bilstein shock lift would the spacer affect it? Would i need to get new u bolts for the shim?

The spacer will not affect the ride since it is above the coil in the application and the ubolts should easily be able to accommodate the shim if they have not been cut directly at the ubolt nuts. If there are little to no threads showing on the ubolts, then it would be best to get some new ones to be able to fix the lean.

Did it have the lean before you installed new rear shocks? Is the whole left side lower? Or just the rear? When I bought new rear shocks, they were side specific.

After I put my lift on a few weeks after the lift settled it leaned to the left a bit
