My first little mod in a while if you want to call it that. I did the grill or "Raptor" lights. I'd done it on the other truck but had debated if I wanted to do it on this one as the Oznium bolt lights weren't as bright as I'd like and then somebody posted the other day they'd done it with the Super Bright LED's. Shoot $3 a light or so I didn't figure I could go wrong. The biggest PITA is taking the grill apart which I do to run al the wires internally.

When they're off they're not very noticeable

Then on with the parking lights

Right here! This guy does excellent work. Cheaper than anyone else I’ve used by about 35-40%. You pay cash, no tax.
Looks good, brother! I like it. I like the yellow/orange colored lights over the LED’s. Call me stupid, but that’s what I like.

This will sound dumb, but I’m assuming the S on the shifter column is for Sport mode. My question is what is the difference in sport mode and pushing the ECT power button?

Did you try it yet? It lets you manually shift.

Yeah, just figured it out. I drove a Ford for too long. Maybe it should be an MS for manually shift.

I popped the black part of the grill out. Mounted the lights with the insert out I could run the wires so they're inside between the insert and shell. I brought all the reds together in the middle and but spliced them all together2 in each side but added the wire that runs to the truck on 1 side of the splice. I just did the same with the black then I only had 2 18ga wires to run down through the grill to the truck. The hot wire is tapped into the green wire on the parking light and I ran the ground to the ground on the fender. Then I cut the feed wires and put quick connects in them so I can remove the grill when I need to

I hope that wasn't confusing if so let me know and I'll figure out a way to get pics. I'll have to take the grill apart. There is a sticky thread on this mod somewhere

Its mounted like every other prinsu but I dont have pics of the mounts close up. But for the holes i plan on just sealing them and the covering back up with non cut weather stripping. Planning on trading weather stripping with whoever buys it.

@JimboAnz @EddyRRT make roof brackets for a 52 inch curved LED? Getting ready to order ditch light brackets and it would be nice to get them all in one whack.

I follow ya on the wiring part, it makes sense lol. What did you use to mount the lights themselves?
