Exactly. I actually like the look of the pizza cutters. I'm also more of a function over form kinda guy anyway. I've done a fair amount of reading on the subject, and 255's are definitely the way to go for my next set of meats. I just have to convince the wife I "need" new tires when my 265/75's still have 80% tread on them, lol.

Yeah, I've got a few of those mods too. Most of mine come from sitting around late at night trolling parts websites. Idle hands and a bonus at work do the devil's work or something like that. Did I really "need" these Kings? Did I "need" the extended travel ones (which then "forced" my hand at getting uniball upper control arms, too)? No. No I did not.

    But I regret nothing. :)

yep, this. I have the K&N "hot air intake" (bought the truck like this). Not only does it mainly just make my truck louder, it's caused me to fail the visual SMOG inspection twice. Once because I had wrapped it with insulation to keep it quieter and he couldn't see the serial number/SMOG certificate #, and the 2nd time was because I needed an updated sticker. Simple fixes, but still annoying. The only true "cold air" intake is a snorkel, and you need a water-tight airbox for that...

I live on Vancouver Island.....my 96's frame is in really good shape so not only Arizona ha good Taco's......LOL. I'm just doing a bit of a restore and have the box off. apart from some minor surface rust it's really good. It was coated some time ago too. I'm treating it and painting it too. Then will be seriously on the Fluid Film twice a year.

The best investment you can do is fluid film the frame every year. The dealership coating doesn't last long and the frame replacement warranty will expire next year. To keep your frame rust free you need to babysit it every year.
