    I also agree completely. Being an engineer in a field that I had 0 experience in prior to, I wish I had field experience. I've discussed with Zack before about this, because he used to do HVAC in the field, that he has way more knowledge and experience than I do in this stuff. That being said, I've got plenty of experience in government workings and paper work and the hoops you have to jump through, just learning the ins and outs of HVAC as I go along. I do enjoy the times I get to go to the field.

    I have to put many CYA (cover your ass) notes on my drawings because I know field guys are going to change things some, but I try to do my best and learn what they do. It's difficult with time constraints, and the difficulty of getting field guys on phones, but I'm learning.
