New Manual 2017 TRDOR Available in Charlotte

Hey everyone. I know many people drool over a 6 speed manual tacoma (and with good reason). There's currently an Inferno TRDOR w/out tech package available at Scott Clark Toyota in Charlotte. I think it was a short bed.

Sorry no pics. I saw it while mine was getting serviced and did not think about snapping a photo.

Any way...just thought I'd let you all know.

Edit: they had at least 20 tacomas so I'm pretty sure a good deal can be had. Makes me wish I were in the market for another 2017 but mine is just fine.

 

If it was a Manual it definitely had a Short Bed.

 

There was the exact same truck at Labadie in Bay City, MI on Saturday. I test drove it. My MGM will be in next week.

 

I tell you what they didn't seem to have a whole lot of inventory anywhere on tacomas for most the year. it was stable but not a lot. then it seems come July and Aug all these dealers got a lot of 17s and they all have more on lot than they had all year. seems like they messed up

 

Damn, took them three months to get mine...course demand was a lot higher back then.

 

The beginning of the model year it was tough to find a MT anywhere near me in San Diego. I got mine in sept and was able to look at 4 in a 20 mile radius of my home the day a bought it. I was pleasantly surprised in sept.

 

Yeah, someone at Toyota messed up. They have so much 2017 inventory, no wonder the 2018 aren't out in full force. That's quite a departure from when I bought my 2017....back in August of 2016.

 

maybe they were sort because they weren't coming out of he factory until the diffs were checked? and now that the diffs were all checked, they are being released from the factory?
