Anyone know of any local leaf spring shops near the Rancho Cucamonga area that can drill holes in my dakars for isolators?? Not having too much search luck. Thanks!

You know someone with a drill press? You can do it yourself.
I drilled some Chevy leaves last year. Drill press, harbor freight drill bits (about 2 1/2 holes per bit) and magic tap.

Leaves ...is that correct? Or maybe leafs?

    Edit:
Isolator? Those plastic things that go between the leafs, so they don’t squeak?
I used 2x2x1/8” (natural) rubber and contact cement. They got shredded but still don’t squeak.
I may have to do it again, then, I’ll use vulcanized rubber.

I think it's leaf. Lol and I don't. I'll ask around but as of now I don't. At 2-1/2 holes that about 6 bits. I need 6 leafs drilled lol

Just looked, drill press isn't too expensive. May just go buy one and go that route.

Brahda, check my edit. Might save you a bit of time & money.
Although, a drill press is a fine thing! I lack the skills to drill anything but wood with a hand drill.

Ya, the isolators so they don't squeak. They are loud and it bothers me. Love my truck but the squeaking sucks. Read that the best and pretty much permanent stop to the squeaking is the isolators. Which I have, just need holes for.

Try the vulcanized rubber & contact cement.

Bet it’ll be a permanent fix.

I’ll look for the post that i got the idea from.

2”x2” 1/8” thick vulcanized rubber. IIRC they used an inner tube. But you can get it in sheets at a hardware store.
