What’s wrong with fat ? I also put olive oil on my meat #gasp

 

I but butter on my steaks.

 

Might have to try that combo. I love rice. I’m not big on sweets either, but I’ve got to eat 4500 calories a day and I can’t do that on just eating salad and grilled chicken.

 

Nothin, I like to be lean, and I choose to have my fats on different foods.

Edit: Avacados have plenty of monounsaturated fats. Are also bomb with eggs.

 

Haha I didn’t have time to make actual food for today, so in the morning I scrambled a half dozen jumbo eggs with a bunch of veggies and buffalo sauce, made a breakfast burrito for breakfast, one for lunch, and ate the rest throughout the day. Breakfast for every meal of the day!

 

I cant imagine eating that much a day.

I tap out at like 3000 on a bulk. Thats hard enough.

My husband has to load up on that many cals. He buys jumbo peanut butter jars to keep at his desk at work lol

 

I’ve tried avocados, but I don’t like them. My fat sources are cheese, almonds, whole milk, beef, eggs, and olive oil.

I’m actually maintaining my weight of 216 at 4500 calories per day, so I need to go up

6' and is around 190. So he's not big, just has an insane metabolism.

It's awesome. We have a meal prep/beer fridge. Like how much better do you get than that?

 

I love it. You don't waste energy gripping the bar, you just... lift.

Plus it helps keep the bar right above your radius/ulna to keep the force going down your forearm rather than your wrist.
