New owner, adore the truck. Had a 4runner for many years prior.
Picked her up used a month ago then got just a “bit” absorbed into making it a little more unique. what started as a simple trip to a shop for a 6.5 in lift and some new rubber and rims, transitioned into “hey can i get a quote for some new Spyder headlights while it’s there”....2d later....”hey what about a quote for a light bar”...”quote on Nfab nerf bars?”. and on....and on....

Nitto 33in Ridge grappler, Rough country 50in light bar, Nfab nerf bars, oem black emblems, ATX rims, Maxtrac 6.5 in spindle lift with Fox coilover suspension option, front skid plate, chrome exhaust tip, hood guard.

it was a lunatic build considering i had just purchased it but i had been dreaming about doing something like this since 1998 (!)

I'm with you on the addict part. I had a 2003 Tacoma for 14 years and did nothing to it but Bluetooth stereo. I haven't even made my first payment and can't get enough mods!

Just be careful as a lot of them were wearing the paint off.

    Like, so many.
I’m no fan of the bug deflector either, but the truck looks great. I’d do it all at once if I had the money too.

Faux pro grill, vinyl lettering, waiting on rims, fogs, and ditch lights. Also upgrading speakers next weekend. By next summer adding lift, skid, and contemplating which roof rack to get.

Sweet ride! Looks awesome! I bet the mods were a quarter of the cost of what you paid for the truck. lol

the funny thing is it looks so stupid in pictures but oddly looks good to me in person. we’ll see if that changes, if so off it comes.

thxs!! rims and rubber can be the biggest “lose sleep” decision! stared at 2 dimensional pics online for days on end agonizing over rims and also rubber.

Your truck looks good, like the rims I believe those are teflon coated. The chrome headlights are a nice subtle touch.

I'd like to get a silver sky metallic 2nd gen, for the matte gray wheels I bought for my truck.
