back from the road trip. Moab was cool. Need to get back for sure.

 

The trip was great, but def need to upgrade my front shocks. I am in no rush as winter is here, so I will save. What setup should I go with. I have no experience with any of the big names. I def want to spend the money get the good shit. Any recommendations?

I’m back! Been a long ass time since I posted anything here, and finally at a point where I can relax a little bit again. Life has been absolutely crazy this past year, but I still have the truck so all is good

 

probably a military member of sort judging by the presence in that area.

 

Got my ECGS bushing done today so if anyone needs the removal tool I have one I’ll be more than happy to loan around town.

Side note: those of you running larger than stock tires, do you ditch the stock spare or keep it just in case of emergency? Eventually I’ll get a rear bumper with swingout but that’s a ways down the road.

 

I was able to get my 255/85 its 33 inch tall, underneath the truck. I slowly brought it up then took a strap and strapped it back towards the hitch. Clears my diff and havent had a problem

 

I still am running a stock spare too, planning on getting a swingout too. For the up and coming 35s hehe.

 

I’m running my 265/70r16 Trail Graps on the normal spare rim in the well just fine without issues. It was a little close but it did clear, and it’s 32”

 

Whats the point of a spare if it doesn't match? I buy 5 tires at a time

 

I guess none haha. I just don't want a spare floating around in the bed so maybe I'll take one off and see if I can fit it underneath in the stock location for time being.

 

I'm running 285's on 16's and it fit under the truck. I don't have it there, but it will fit.

I love snow camping! But this year I'm probably limited to day trips only.

 

I camped out by Austin last weekend, and it got down to 11 degrees. And it wasn’t my cup of tea haha. Y’all have fun though!
