Transmission in 3rd gen shutters when shifting

I had this happen about a year ago. Changed all the pan filter and fluid it stopped. It's doing it again but worse now. Any input would be appreciated

To be clear, if your truck is a 2009, that would be a 2nd gen, not a 3rd gen.

There is a forum for second gen Tacoma's if that is what you are asking about. Probably start there for better results.

More, much more, info needed.

Every gear? Hot or cold matter? Loaded or unloaded? Throttle application? Full of fluid? Fluid condition? (speaking of now, not one year ago) Miles on vehicle? Typical usage of vehicle? Exact model/engine of vehicle? etc etc.

And as @boynoyce says, you should ask a mod to move this to 2nd gen, unless your profile is incorrect.

And we'll summon @gearcruncher so he can take a look. But you need to offer more info so he doesn't have to guess which pile of info he has to offer up.
