Charlesglen Toyota photo 2014-01-30.jpg Charlesglen Toyota photo 2014-01-30.jpg Purchased my 2013 Limited Edition Tacoma in late January 2014. Learned to love the truck with the exception of a few annoyances:

    1. The nav system is not user friendly - the worst thing is the screen touch and the second worst thing is the system tries to second guess you when typing in the addresses. The third worst thing is the only annual update at a possible gross cost of $150 for the key and shop time. I gave up on it and installed my trustee Garmin on the dash which updates every quarter for free and does not try second guessing me..

    2. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; and I am a Construction Health and Safety Consultant. Ever tried locating either seat belt anchor between the seat and the transmission tunnel wearing a winter parka? Oh, and take your hardhat off or you will not get in! Does anyone know if there is a seat belt extender I can buy in the after market?

Easily tows my 25ft travel trailer of curb weight 5,500lbs. I tend not to leave it in the full "drive" setting as that means constant auto-transmission shifting. Naturally, if I am on a long downhill grade I'll shift it to drive unless it is exceptionally winding mountain road, then I'll gear down. Looking at adding a possible extra leaf to the rear springs next summer for a long trip. If anyone has tried that, I would appreciate their comments on effectiveness.

Only some 80,000Km to date. Looking forward to a long vehicle life despite having to have her body rebuilt after an Alberta severe hailstorm in July 2014!
