Brought her home from a long road trip through CO and UT. The truck also saw it's first blizzard on the journey in the continental divide.

 

New tires and first drive over loveland pass.

You're gonna love it! Love mine. Didn't install the drain lines, water without them was negligible. Break the torx screws by hand. Videos on YouTube for installation. Took me about 45 min. Enjoy!

Watch 4wheelparts because they sell those for around $800 before any discounts and they also price match. I get discount codes weekly from them. Down side is the bumpers do not ship free but I have one near me.

 

This bumper is cleaner and has the parking sensor holes. The blind spot monitor sensors from the Tacoma high-tech package will not work.

Installed window vents today. Also dodged bullet...nail that is...luckily only went sideways into the tread.

 

I got Krown Rust Protection applied. Bring on the salt now, I’m ready for it.

(Na, they can have that salt up their ass, we shouldn’t have to do these sorts of things to our vehicles to keep them from rusting out)

 

Returned from a 700 mile roundtrip with my son yesterday afternoon.


My Tacoma did great on the trip but was bug splattered, dirty and thirsty.


Took care of the cleaning this afternoon.


Chemical Guys V07 products kick ass !!!!!!



Let it drip dry....still showing some waterspots in the pic. The stuff refuses to let waterspots set in, though.

Using their V07 soap, V07 detailer and V07 tire & trim.









Cooked some dinner and then met my son at the neighborhood gas station for a tandem fuel up.


Using up the last of my old car care stuff on his Jeep....then going to use Chemical Guys stuff on his, too.


Little dude made my fuel up cost a bit more than normal, lol.

 

How much did you pay for your rear bumper caps and where did you get them from on here, if you don't mind me asking?
