    I make shredded chicken every week. Made a batch yesterday. Makes for easy meals when Im not home at dinner time and theres so many dishes that can be made with it. Cant believe Ive lived so long without shredded chicken. :anonymous:

    Haha I'd only have 2 days to eat it all. As good as it is I don't see it being possible. Maybe I could try and do like a 1/3 pot instead of a full pot
