Heavy duty 2 gen custom sliders

    So I just wanted to show the custom sliders I had made locally in Portland. My buddy at Curtis custom welding built these custom for me. They are 6 wide inch 1/4 inch steel tube and the three frame supports are the same. Welded on to the frame.

    Pics of installation, prepaint, and painted with color match undercarriage paint.

    So this isn’t a public forum anymore? When I’m not looking for opinions, I don’t make posts.

    That may come off as harsh, I am in no way trying to be a dick. I think the sliders are ugly but I bet they will serve there purpose.

    It is function I wanted and is what I got. No sweat on my part. I'd much rather have a protected vehicle and use what I like. Different strokes for.....

    How did you mount the sliders to the frame? Hopefully you used some 3/16 or 1/4" plate instead of welding that tubing directly to the frame.
