Superbads Boring Build and not Enough Exploring

Decided to remove the chrome bumper caps last night. Not the way I planned...

 

Well the search for a new rear HC w/Swing out is underway. Wish I was finding more choices. CBI T3 is currently at the top. Would love to see what Mobtown releases but after the weekend I can no longer wait for its release. pelfrey doesnt offer a swing out on there site, waiting to hear if theres an option for it. Now to see if there are any others options out there... Probably going to take a week or so to decide and place an order because I want to see if CBI does a black friday sale next week.

About to head to some more trails after Solihill. Its always a good trail to hit. Seems to be the first one I get on when I arrive.

Was just out exploring not sure which trail this was.


Thats about all I took with the exception of the pics after my bumper caps got removed in the previous post. It was a good time and great to be out enjoying the truck, pup and nature.

 

Well I made my decision on a rear bumper and an order is placed. CBI high clearance w/Swing out, dual jerry can holder and Camp table. Its going to be nice! I might have it on by February, probably more like March or April with the way things go for me.

 

Heck yea super jelly.

 

I was not ready for this purchase. Going to have to work a lot of OT to pay for it! almost ordered the dual swing out but couldnt handle spending another $300+ over the single.

 

I hear ya, I really want a front but decided the responsible thing to do was to get through Christmas first.

Went out wheeling at Bridgeport/NW OHV yesterday with a few of the DFW guys.

Love when the pup gets in the pics. Pretty easy since he loves having the windows down.

Everytime I see pics of the truck I think 2 things. I need bigger tires and I want more flex!

Thanks, It was good to get out and a great time like every time I get out. I am starting to try and plan a big trip for next year. Just need this year to finish so I can see what my PTO is going to be like.

Been saying it for a while. the 265's I have I bought when I replaced my wheels but before the lift. Ever since lifting I feel like the trucks been asking for something bigger.

 

Welp, time for bigger tires then!

 

Yup, just need to get some $$$ and decide what to go with next. Cant decide if I want to move to a m/t or stay with an a/t. Alos have to decide on size 33" would be easiest but its very tempting to go up to a 34"-35".

 

Go big or go home.

Or go too big that you have no clearance to go home from the tire shop.

 

Haha that's the worry. I'll get the cmc done before tires and see what I can get to fit.

Just get CMC and pinchweld done first anyways... then if still can’t clear... do what I’m about to do...
