Toytec Bumper?

So This is a pretty sick Bumper! I wanna know where I can get one and how much it would cost! I wanna install fog lights in place of my lower turn signals but it would be nice to just get a new bumper

Looks like a bone stock bumper to me...

 

Its a polyurethane or fiberglass full replacement bumper that Performance Products used to sell with intergrated fog light mounting location. Don't think they are still made anymore.

Yep ... The 1998 - 2000 version of that replacement valance was marketed by Performance Products for a while, then removed from their catalog. No one's really sure why PP quit carrying it.

After PP quit listing it, that valance appeared pretty regularly on eBay for a while. I'm not sure if any eBay vendors still offer it.
