Typical leak in the headlight, thats why its better just too keep the factory ones, instead of going through hell trying too get aftermarket lights too stop leaking and fogging up,not worth the trouble.

Open them up, reseal them good and try adding some silica packs in there.

One of mine fogged after just doing simple bhlm.
I put back in oven..separated then heated up again to really soften the butyl tape err whatever it is) then pushed it all around evenly then reheated the light...taped a silica pack inside behind bowl...you could check the rubber boots in back also..but for me it was just resealing.

using window weld and then sealing that with a high quality silicone is paramount in these situations. Moisture will find it way through a crack the size of a clam hair you probably wont see.

Seal, then seal, then why not seal again?

@boogie3478 try the silica gel method, I just ordered mine and see if that works out, if not reopening is my last option

I removed the day time running light bulb and parked in the sun for a few hours. The water left super quickly. Then resealed them.

You're talking about the retrofit headlights that people pay like $800 for?

It’s not that much if you do it yourself but it still is pricey

I had an 05 before the one that I have now. I had the same issue with aftermarket lights. I ended up baking my stocks in the oven and did a diy project those turned out better than any aftermarket that I have used
