Working on my wife's 10 year old Maxima that she is selling after buying a 2018 RAV4.

Using up the last of my old stuff on this project.....

Washed, clay bar, and then began compounding. Ran out of time.....and running low on beer. Dinner needed to be made.

The morning plans were made with son and his girlfriend coming home for dinner, too. He'd requested pizza.

Gladly broke away from the car detailing to make an easy dinner.

    Thank you.

Dough was bought in a local supermarket (Publix). They have fresh dough available daily in their bakery section.

I dont' do much inside......especially anything to do with yeast, flour and such. I spend my effort on grilling. I'll put my grilling up against anyone, anywhere, anytime......but I suck at baking and don't care to fool with it. Thusly, I trust the fine folks at the local supermarket on my dough.

It rolls out easily after sitting on the counter a couple hours.

I melt 1/2 sticks of butter, Italian seasoning, garlic seasoning and sesame seeds and brush onto the outer portions......wife's pie has a thin layer of alfredo sauce and then the ingredients you see.

Son's pizza has some Publix Pizza Sauce with mozzarella and the ingredients you see.

450 degrees in the oven or grill (tonight was the oven).

Seriously, may sound like a dumb rant, but I actually really enjoy Digorno thin crust pizza, but for the life of me I can’t figure out why they don’t offer a sausage and pepperoni. I HATE Canadian bacon and hamburger meat on my pizza. They do that 4 meat bullshit. Ok, end of rant.

That's been something I've made for myself on occasion. Great having a low carb pizza.

I bought a head of cauliflower and grated it out to rice sized pieces and and pre-cooked it in the microwave a few minutes & then mixed in parmesan cheese and eggs....pre-baked it a few minutes and then topped it and cooked like a normal pizza.

    Not bad.

I’m the opposite. Love a Hawaiian pizza. Don’t mind a burger pizza. Will never eat a slice of pepperoni again in my life if I can help it.

One of the benefits of making pizza for dinner.....is that the same toppings make for great omelettes the next morning.

Last night I asked my bride what time she wanted breakfast....she said 8:00am would be good.

That gave me plenty of time to knock down some good coffee and make omelettes for us. Jalapeños, red onion, carmelized yellow onions, sweet peppers, shrooms, garlic, fresh ground pepper and Chupacabra rub.

    Nailed the 8:00am turn-in time like a boss !!!!!!!!!!!

Now.....gotta get back on finishing that car. Compound & waxing.....grrrrrr.

    Thanks.

Shun sumo santuko is my favorite knife. Fits my hand well and gets the lion's share of onion & jalapeño duty (which seem to find their way into dang near everything I cook).

I love cooking stuff for my family. Work can be stressful as hell....get home crank the kitchen bluetooth speaker...mix a drink and slice onions for a few minutes. Therapy. Chills me out.
