    Need some mild help!

I’m installig my Deavers today and am wondering which direction they should face?
The spring retainers are closer together on one end. I feel like this end faces towards the front of the truck?
Oem leafs have equal spacing on the retainers.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

Left side is the BACK of the truck in case you were confused by the orientation... @Sterling_vH111

This side goes into the rear mount (shackle)

This side connects to your front mount

I called deaver and the guy said that the end with the retainers closer together / the side with two springs wrapping around the eye goes towards the front of the truck

Yeah I don't have a picture of the other side of the springs. Looking at yours and mine it's hard to eyeball which is which also. Seeing your lack of overload springs makes me wanna pull mine...

Dear Charlotte has eaten another truck battery...

Took me an hour stuck in the AutoZone parking lot wrenching on it to get the positive terminal off. What a horrible mess

I've seen people go about this... I'm ready to just pull them off. She won't let me. I am VERY reserved to spend nearly $400 to get a pair of new ones that will do the same shit.

Damn Toyota batteries. I went through 3 toyota batteries. All of them had severe leaks and one even ate all the way through the positive terminal and the positive lead just fell off and my truck stopped dead in its tracks.

Yeah this is my second one. They each lasted 2~2.5yr or so before going clunk. This one is only about 2yr of life but it was also barely starting the truck up at the end there. I just assumed it was so corroded it would be a quick clean up and on my way. Nope. Showed dead. Tech said "Go ahead and pull it out and we'll get you on the road." So I unbolted the positive terminal and that fucker was on like it's life depended on it...

Eventually I gave up and was gonna tell the guy I had to come back (This was supposed to be a quick 10-20m extension to my lunch break!) and instead the old battery wouldn't start the truck... So back to grunting I went.

Girlfriend gets the cake on this one: she suggested we throw some coke on it. Bought one inside and we poured it on and it slowly let me work it off the post. It was horrible.

Just imagine a brief moment of roid-rage trying to rip the sucker off.. the almost raping happened a few days later...
I tried a few days driving without the visor, its a nogo for sure and something that's pretty essential to have..

My oem battery somehow lasted from 2012 - March 2017 when it exploded out the caps and caused a REAL BIG MESS.

Only thing in Wofford Heights was a NAPA, so I picked one up there.
