    Anybody live in the Helen area? I am looking for a mountain lot to maybe build a cabin someday and was wondering what the pros and cons are for doing that in that area.

    I know it can get crowded around Octoberfest, but what about the rest of the yr?

    It wouldn’t have to be exactly Helen, I was just using that as a general location in North Ga.
