so I got a snugtop for my reg cab and having issues with the rear door. When I open the rear door it slides left to right then won’t lock. Is there anyway to prevent the sliding from happening.

Probably not installed perfectly. Loosen the clamps and try sliding it slightly one way or the other. Once it is working tighten up the clamps.

I’m pretty sure it’s installed correctly. I’ll post a video when I get home to help show what I mean

after rereading my initial post i realize i wasn't very clear. The door itself slides left to right. not the entire shell

I revisited the problem today. Ended up taking off the end caps from the hinge channel (don't know what it's actually called) and placed some dowel pieces in there to fill in the gap. The dowels don't allow the door to slide anywhere now. I have everything sized so it centers the door and allows it to lock the first time every time. I will need to do minor adjustments down the road with the material, but it was a 50 cent fix that seems to work well for the moment. Later down the road I'll have to 3d print new endcaps with the additional material to hold the door centered as a more permanent fix.
