    Well there is an aluminum shaft that the grip goes on to. Its threaded to your shifter so there is no adapter pieces like alot of aftermarket shift knobs.

    I'm getting the "manual" grip in black with red collars. Go to the website there's different color combos for the grip and collars.

    There are different grip options. I believe the vans grip only had two color options.
