I just purchased a 2016 Taco, TRD Sport, that came with a hard shell cover. (Looks like a Bak Flip) I need to know the proper order of removing the rail system for the cover. I have the cover off, but need to know where (if any) the installed bolts are fore the railing system for the cover. I do know it takes a T-30 torx head to remove the center piece behind the cab. I will also assume that the factory bed caps have been mounted over the cover's railing system. Could someone please affirm or correct me in this before I start to dis-assemble it
