    okay so i downloaded gbridge and i have as a friend on there. i have already downloaded some of the material but now it doesnt give me the option to search your p90x files to download the rest. please help.:confused:

    Good! That first day was so rough for me... Tomorrow is the beast though! On all this stuff just don't give up! When you think you are completely done, do 2 more. Its all about big change...

    I started at the beginning of April and so far so good. I have a little trouble with the pull-ups being 260# but using the chair helps a lot. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed it though. It is easy to just pop in a disc and do the workout at home! It gets really hard coming home after a hockey game and doing leg work outs though...stupid playoffs!
