Figured I come on TW so often might as well start a workout journal to keep track of progress.

I'm by no means a bodybuilder or powerlifter. I don't even like working out all the time :p BUT some muscles are fun to lift lol.. Ya some of you may think its douche but EH lol

With that said I don't know how but my chest is actually pretty decent SO I enter competitions for fun with friends.

    Some credentials I have:
high school record for Hawaii (non sanctioned)
WABDL teen 181lb bench state record (424lb)
WABDL Junior Mens 220 weight class (524lb) state record
Random non-sanctioned meets usually coming first.

I haven't competed since summer 2011 and this July will be my return for WABDL 198 or 220 weight class shooting for a 600 bench.

Each post I shall update any progression or regression in my workouts of the day (usually only 2-3 times a week haha) along with my diet of the day.

I've attached some pics.. From left to right is from high school, then I trimmed down (competing at 181), then I dabbled in a little bodybuilding and bulked up. I then got engaged and stopped lifting and well looked like shit haha.. Unfortunately my fiancé and I didn't workout (pun intended) so we split and I got my single man's body again haha
