2 inch leveling kit,Lo Pro tonneau cover, 17x9 Fuel Vapor with Wildpeak AT3W 285/70,
So I recently installed Bilstein 5100s with a 1inch block for the rear but I am noticing my truck has the nose in the air and the back squating. Would a 2 inch block level out this issue?

I'd double check the settings on the 5100s. Did you do them all around or only in the front?

I have the same set up and I think I'd like it to be a little higher in the back. I'm going to install new leaf packs sometime in the future that should give a little more rake. To answer your question, I think a 2" block would do the trick for you at less cost than a new leaf pack.
