I just bought a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks. From what I understand if I set the front to the highest ride height I will get about a 2 inch lift, is there any thing that I'm supposed to or should do to the rear to make it level with the front?

I was advised by Bilstein to set them at the 3rd setting 2". installed Firestone air bags in the rear so I can load it up.
