Morning fine folks .

Thanks Tom, my son will help with the TV this weekend. I have a wall mounted 65" in the family room but the missus wanted an smart TV for the bedroom so she could watch Amazon and Netflix videos. This might have been overkill, but the price was right.

Hi Dave, How would your wife like an all expense paid working trip to beautiful central Warwick township home of the historic Moland House (George Washington slept there) to try to get my tree lit. I might have to cut all of the lights off and restring the whole tree. Bought a set of lights with similar looking bulbs but they were blue in color when lit and didn't match the original ones. I'll give it my best shot this weekend. Driving for the dealer today up to Long Island to deliver a lease for them. Have a good day all.

Another guy I knew did himself in.
If you remember me posting about the guy whose car supposedly broke down just below my driveway after he saw where I lived, and then jumped in it about 2 wks. later and drove it away, well it was him and comes as no surprise, only 23 yrs old. Unfortunate!

Newbie here but not on this earth Looking to see what you other Old Farts are doing and into. I love to get out and about... my Jeep is old and is hard on my old bones so I bought the Toyota. Look forward to meeting like minded people with a bit of Life's Experience

At the vet. Cat tore ligaments in front paw. Gets a splint in hope of scar tissue forming to stabilize it. He’s a gimp from now on though no matter what.

Speaking of trees we are giving our 12-foot artificial tree to friends for the holiday. They are getting married and want the place to look it’s best for the festivities. I hope they keep it! It’s a PITA to put up/down.

Cat's down, tree's up. I'm 'babysitting' the dumb animal that has yet to figure out that jumping up on stuff means you have to jump back down, and with a splint that is a BAD IDEA. Wife is back at tree raising party eating steak tartare. I guess I'm just lucky that way.

 

Today was spent with Boy Scout Troop 403 on an eagle scout project. The scouts built and installed 5 benches that will be the start of an outdoor classroom for grades 1 to 4 at our lower school.
