Yea, supposed to be delivered today to the guy that did our powdercoating since he has a forklift there...

Just checked tracking again and it is on the truck for delivery, so will hopefully be picking it up after work today.

Also have a package on the way from Wheelers as well.

Doubt it, hoping to make a mod day out of it with some DFW guys somewhere that has a lift for easy removal and install...

The only lift I've ever had access to for working on my truck is my suspension lift allowing more room underneath to crawl my happy ass on the ground :(

Sounds like you're working smarter, not harder.

Ha. Yea, I want to work smarter not harder on this since the entire rear axle has to come out and a new one goes in... Will be much easier.

Don't know. Shay said he may have a place, just need the details.

I want to do the install myself with help instead of helping someone else do the install.

Or paying a lot for someone to do it... etc

    Very very true!

If I had a place here in Tyler or someone with a shop here in Tyler... I would be doing it here, but I don't know anyone really that has a shop that it could be done at.

Yeah, I've had to leave my truck on jack stands many times because I don't have access to a legit shop way out here.

Gears, t-case, and some of the supercharger install would have been a shit-ton easier with the truck in the air.

But it still got accomplished tho!

My main thing is the weight of the rear end and moving it out and away from the truck and then putting the new one in.

Man, I miss being on the trails so much. I can't wait to get back out there.

I missed the SCS stock on Monday for the wheels I'm looking to get... dammit!!! Gotta wait another damn month on that. I think I'll go ahead and order tires though as soon as i get moved here in the next few weeks.

Once all my ducks are in a row I'll let you know when and where I'll take this sumbitch to stretch her legs a bit.
