    Psh, i'm hurt! I can scale it back, it all depends on the group. I just know what the trucks can do I feel like and a lot of the time the drivers don't believe me..

    My thing is people go out and off road park roads... but the park road is a road... even has road in the name... so are you really off the road on a park road which is a road? Because off road means you're not on a road.

    Their bacon is actually good - just not out of the microwave. I warm mine up in the pan about a minute a side, and my pan is conveniently and perfectly greased for frying eggs. Win/win.

    I was actually ok on WildCat until my boyfriend decided to rock me back and forth while I was off camber like a damn teeter totter.

    The roads were super smooth this time out there so that would get boring quickly.

    Yup. Cube, season, smoke for around 3 hours. Put in foil pan, add butter, honey and brown sugar. Cover and cook for couple hours, stirring once halfway. No exact measurements. I just wing it. But one belly makes two foil half pans and I use 1 stock of butter per, about a handful of brown sugar, and a good drizzle of honey to cover. :thumbsup:. Have to pick up another belly before tacos and tacos so I can bring some more.:dancingbacon:
