How much does a 3/2 lift alter the drivetrain angles? Is the carrier bracket drop necessary? I'm looking at OME's carrier bracket drop.

    Lift first.

Fix issues as needed, after. No sense buying fix its when you might not need them at all.

The general consensus is bracket drops are more harm than good. Consider that the TRD pro comes stock with a 2" lift over the other trims, and has no drop brackets. If you stay under 3", you will likely be fine.

The ECGS bushing is something you should look into -- that's far more likely to be an issue than anything else.

That's actually an interesting point about the Pro and 2"Fox lift, have you confirmed there is no carrier bracket drop or any other drivetrain modifications?

Is this 2” lift from the TRD Pro suspension confirmed? I thought the lift height was the same as the Off-Road.

TRD Pro does not have a 2" lift vs other trims. It's 1" at best and even that's debatable.

Many have reported near identical measurements between TRD Pro and TRD OR. Some have reported a slight lift in the front. In my opinion there is no lift. My TRD OR looked level on day 1 but quickly settled after a few hundred miles. My theory is that the TRD Pro does not settle as much as the TRD ORs so in the end it may sit a smidge higher in the front. Either way it's certainly no more than 1" higher in the front, probably less.

It is actually not lifted. It simply sits higher due to the coil compression rates.

The shocks are literally the same length.

I agree with this with the exception to the ECGS bushing replacement. I have a 3" lift and no vibes. Some people do have vibes. However your needle bearing will more than likely fail so do the bushing
