Humm interesting, i am Kind or bias as i have the switch pro. Looks ok, but i like the look of the switch pro controlling unit more. it mounts in the cab better being you can hide the wires i dont like that this Option sticks out from the side to connect the buttons. But competition is good nice having options.

I do agree that the Switchpro looks better but as far as function. Do you think this has the same function?? It seems to be make for response vehicles and all their add ons. But electrically speaking i think it would be the same.

Well the switch pro can run up to 18amps On 7 switch's and 1 up too 30amps also i dont see the whelen 8 have the option of flash or strobe modes also no bluetooth. The other thing is they only give you 3 20 amp slots and 5 10amp slots. So while similar diffrent options and layout between the two. Guy never mentioned what all those wires where coming out of each pig tail for each switch. Seems theres extra there for somthing else? Switchpro is just one posative wire for control pretty simple. Ground just goes to ground for what ever your running.

Also switch pro is coming out with a new model which can handle more amps and a few other features. Plus RGB back lighting i hear!
