It is time for another massive TOYOTA MEET! Let's gather ALL the Toyota Tacomas, Tundras, 4Runners, FJs, Pickups, and Crawlers we can and Let's Go Places in 2018!

We're bringing back the Poker Run on a much longer trail and also more Vendors, which means more prizes to take home! The vast majority of this Poker Run will be setup for the Cave Creek/7 Springs Route all the way to Sheeps Bridge. We are predicting a rather large turnout so with that said, this time @tubbsisland is working on getting every truck some sort of Vehicle ID sticker to keep track of those in attendance. Prepare yourselves for the most EPIC Arizona Toyota gathering yet!

For those that haven't explored this scenic trail yet, it is just that, a scenic 2WD friendly dirt road that winds through the Mountains north of Cave Creek, AZ. This trail does parallel I-17 Northbound and intersects with Bloody Basin Road, which then turns Westbound and drops down into the Verde River. Check out the link above and/or coordinates posted for our exact destination and further info.

Some of us will also be Camping at Sheeps Bridge for this meet afterwards so bring your gear! Per many requests from earlier this year, this location offers plenty of open camping space available for those wanting to stay after the meet. However, we will not be monitoring or organizing this as a big group campout.

**PLEASE READ**
I will be keeping a close eye on this thread and adding your names to the list. The cutoff date for signup is going to be March 10th. I need 100% commitment (no "maybes") before I add you to the list. Also please add your "+1" number so we know how many mouths to feed. As of right now, there will be a cost for this event, but no more than $20 max to cover expenses for the Event BBQ and Swag. For the time being you can expect $20 Per vehicle and $20 for any additional person that wants to participate in the Poker Run. Every additional person to that vehicle will be $5-$10 to eat some BBQ. Obviously at this point everyone gets something to take home!

We are expecting this event to be the largest Toyota event in AZ to date, as such this trail run will be conducted "At Your Own Pace". What that means is there will be an open start time, between 9am and 10:30am. Once you check in, you will be given a map of the route with all stops noted. You can hit the trail by yourself or group up with your buddies we just ask that the groups are kept to 5 trucks or smaller as to not overwhelm the stops and not make a traffic jam on the road. The road will be open to the public and we ask that you be respectful of other motorists especially those not in our group. Drive safe and drive smart and have fun. This is not a race and you have plenty of time to get to the BBQ by 1:30. Enjoy the scenery and take plenty of pics!

Along the trail (approx 40 miles) you will be collecting a total of 5 cards at pre-determined stops to make your "poker" hand. At the end of the run, your hands will be Collected at the BBQ, Scored, and the people with the best hands win cool stuff. There will be a Raffle at the end as well with a few more items.
