Drove my toy car for like the first time in a year lol.

 

So i had a lil store credit with Amainhobbies.com and with an additional 10% off for cyber monday, I just ordered both of these 1/28 scale trucks for a grand total of $54 shipped...one for me and one for a buddy for Christmas....not bad if I say so myself. Should be fun when we are sittin out smokin cigars in the garage or back patio.

This came in yesterday. It’s also junky. No proportional steering and wants to brown out if not full throttle when you turn. Lol.

I like the detail the body has. I was thinking that I have a Axial SCX10 that could make a nice chassis for it, but it appears to be too small.
I unfortunately like to tinker more than use my R/c's, so nothing ever really gets done lol.

For a junky R/C, it looks nifty.

 

The Redcat E16/ECX Temper 1:18 axles are going to be the closest fit.

 

Alright! So who’s on into Helicopters here? Picked up 4 RCs Helis tonight for $75 locally. I need help finding a cheap remote for the Blade CP PRO2. It has a spektrum receiver in it.

 

I had one once. I quickly realized it was way too expensive of a way to R/C for me due to replacing parts. Every time. I stick to the ground now.

Haha. Already have a short course truck, 2 crawlers, a Touring car and a boat. Figured I’d try the sky next.

 

I've had poor experiences with boats too lol.

I'm sure you will have better luck than I did (can't be worse...).

 

Haha. I plan to start of easy and hover over the ground for a bit.
