That tire looks fairly new. I can't believe it takes that much weight balance.

 

They were balanced when both rim and tire were new.

 

Didn’t they try and spin tire on wheel?

 

Words fail me. Don't expect a great life span, I guess.

Built up ten different Hutchinson’s with 35’s on my buddies shop floor and dropped beads in everyone. As soon as they were built we bolted them to the trucks they were for and drove them. Never once been on a balancing machine and have never had a problem with any of them. I swear by balance beads now.

 

Do the beads go in during mounting?

 

If you are running non TPMS valve stems then you can put them in via a funnel which works but is crazy slow. If you are running the factory Toyota valve stems they do have the TPMS sensors built into them which negates the funnel process.

Since my wheels are a three piece combination we simply cut the corner of the bag and dumped the beads in. If you have tire plyers or a hi-lift jack you could push the tire bead down enough to pour them in the same way.

This was my thought a well.

 

You can buy airsoft beads for cheaper and they do the same thing. Local toy or outdoor store.
