    Hi there,

Over the last week while streaming music from my iPhone I have experienced issues with stuttering / skipping. The best way I can describe it, is to liken it to what happens when you receive a phone call and the music cuts out. In this case, there is no phone call and the music returns.

Google search revealed multiple people across different Toyota models experiencing same issue. Seems to be overly prevalent in the Prius forums.

Has anyone else experienced this over the last week or two?

Yeah. Spotify hickups 2 or 3 times per song over bluetooth. Does the same thing in my wife's Prius Prime. Im not sure what's going on. It worked perfectly before a couple weeks ago. Its really annoying!

i had the same issue, I fixed it by fully deleting the connection from the radio and from the phone then starting from scratch and reconnecting them.

Yes I have had it for the past couple of weeks following most recent update. I have found that holding the power button till it resets the head up display 'fixes' the issue for me.
