Need some help on this one...I have a 2011 DCLB and was driving to work yesterday morning came to a stop light and once I took off at around 25mph I started to hear a "clicking" and "squeaking" noise that almost sounded similar to a fan blade making contact with something in the engine compartment. The problem is this sound isn't coming from the engine but appears it's coming from underneath the drivers/passengers seat. It's only when I push on the gas and does not happen when the truck is in neutral and when I increase RPM's. I checked the engine compartment, all my fans and belts look fine, I also got under the truck nothing looks out of place but did notice a line of grease sprayed on the undercarriage of the truck exactly on top of the U-joint linkage. Could this be my U-joint going bad or something else? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I've got to try and nail this down today because I can't be without my truck for Monday. Thanks in advance.

Pop out your glovebox and check the blower motor underneath. Mine sounded like crickets chirping until I replaced it.

Does it make noise when a/c and heat are off?

Yes, all my A/c and heat are off. It happens when I accelerate worse around 40-50 mph with a small vibration on the back of the truck.

Vibration in the rear could be a driveshaft issue, there are a BUNCH of threads on here related to that fix (think it was relatively easy if I remember correctly)

That center bearing could be shaking around, maybe the rubber is rotted out

I gave my center bearing a wiggle and there is a lot of play in it. Thinking it needs replacing.
