    Well,
Growing up my old man always had a truck and for years I've driven cars with way to many miles on them. About two weeks ago my old '97 ford taurus started having problems that I was tired of fixing. I've been constantly fixing that car for years now. So I went out and found the truck I wanted it was an '08 Tacoma DC 4x4 with the V6 automatic and sr5 with 13k miles on it. I wanted the trd but there where just none to be found in my area. I had to buy used because the new price was way out of my payment range. I should have the truck payed off in 3.5 years of so which isnt too bad. As it is Im pretty happy with the truck so far I love the higher ride. I've noticed the mod addiction you have here and I dont think I will be as extreme but for starters Im looking to replace the stock air filter and exhaust. Well with that said here she is I hope I get alot of miles and years out of her. Shes already had a few washes and a wax job as Im still babying her right now. This is the first vehicle I've had with less the 90k miles on it when I got the vehicle. So with that said this is my first truck and Im pretty pumped. It will be nice to be able to put the deer in the bed instead of stuffing them in the trunk during hunting season.

Welcome to TW! Being that you wanted a TRD model, you should look around the internet for prices on the TRD cold air intake and cat-back exhaust. I'm sure some of the other members might have a few suggestions of specific websites to go to.

Those where the two things I was looking for. The locking rear diff would have been nice but I can live without it.
