That isn't the exact one I have but very similar. As far as storage outside the truck then proper means of securing must be taken but I don't remember the laws of signage. I did the transportation of dangerous good course but don't remember much haha most of these bottles are all labeled for their specific use from factory and or color coded anyways.

A/C guys got a pass when it comes to the outside signs. I mean, the whole truck would be plastered in signs if you had it list it all. But now some are sayin' why don't "they" have to. As far as securing tanks, you can't be too carefull. Once I had a Master case of Eddy strike anywhere matches fall in a load. Damn near burnt to the ground before I stopped. Lottsa hazards out there for sure.

Drop bracket lift and booger welds
Co2 is fine to run in the bed and is far less risk than compressed nitrogen tanks.
Co2 tanks are made of steel and typically if the pressures get too high they just burst the safety disk. I think you guys are being a bunch of babies about running co2 always on the truck.

Regardless of what the tank is made out of all tanks containing some sort or pressurized content has a pressure relief of some sort. If pressures ever reach too high of a pressure it will just relieve the pressure. Similar to a water heater

Oh I believe it. Was just being an ass since he said all tanks are steel :p

Either way, I'd never roll with the tank on a day to day basis. No reason to.
