When I worked 2nd shift I would Snoblow at 3:00am (when I got home and after heavy snow) but only if I saw others out doing the same.

    Like I said.

How do you know they're not already at work?:D

Around noon is when the traffic allows it. That's about to change. They put in a bunch of stop signs in on our road, that should change the trraffic patterns:thumbsup: The county boys came out and did a saturation last spring, 70 citations in 1 hour! We went to the town hall meeting a few weeks ago along with most of our neighbors. Apperantly they listened

    Sorry to hear it.

It's tough to loose good friends they're hard to come by. Try to remember the good times you shared with them.

The big difference is I go to the snow, it doesn't come to me...but the Canadians and northern tier state snowbirds come down here by the thousands.

The moon is awesome tonight, the rise was almost orange. The clouds are now obscuring it, but still cool. Makes you feel small.667B890B-8918-4DEA-A288-52F88E1D3CF3.jpgSorry, cell phone pic.

Well. Almost time to head out for the week.
Things went pretty good last week, and now that I have my truck and everything works hopefully things will go smoother.
    :fingerscrossed:
Might even have time to check in this week.
Have a good flight and a good holiday on the Island Chuck.
Anyone want to lay bets if he returns or not?

I wish I could afford to be a snow bird. Leave before the crap starts, come back when it’s gone.

We have the full spectrum of winter visitors and rigs. Everything from guys who sleep under the topper.of their trucks, tent, a few tee-pees, ham cans, toy haulers, $500k motorhomes....it's all here. Everything from the shoe string budget on up.

Some of them come here and work. There are a few that work with my wife and I have a guy that comes down from Idaho that helps me plus a whole slew of volunteers.

He'll return, but I'm willing to bet he at least catches a cold...I hate flying just for that reason.

Brrr its getting cold outside !! , only 2 hrs ago it was a nice 78° and now its 59° and with the freeze warning we've got issued for my area I expect temps will drop dramatically by the time the sun sets

The weather reports say temps as low as 25° in my area by 0500hrs

Right now watching the Baja 1000 on Tv and its awesome !!!
