The dealer had it at retail for $109, I paid $87 wholesale. And like a lot of other people have stated, it keeps stuff from sliding around in addition to protecting the composite bed.

I put my 2005 4runner JBLs in my 2015 sr taco(nonJBL) and it was plug and play. The speaker design had not changed that I could tell from 2005 til 2015, I have no experience with the 5th gen 4runners but I'd bet you're gtg
