    Note Edit:
member iamraiderpower answered question about the tss. So as not to create another thread on TSS I am editing title to just regarding pictures of the new 2018 Leather premium option for TRD OR.

    Hello,
Has anyone had any issues with these new sensors as far as modding and off road goes? Sensors causing any problems in brush or mud and such. Is the leather seating in the 2018 TRD OR premium package the same as the leather seats in the limited version of the truck?

    Thanks!

Interesting thought you bring up even if stock . I am guessing it can be turned off and or only works at speeds above x mph . Otherwise it would suck if it was braking on trails whenever it sees something on a curve or steep downhill etc.

Multiple threads on TSS already. You can manually turn it off, and if you leave it on you can reduce the sensitivity with the push of a button

I was also wondering how rock guards on the sides will affect the side airbags if at all.

In my 18 tundra in the dash menu I can turn the sensitivity down to basically zero in a quick button push. Don’t worry about it. Lots of lifted 18s already running around no issue

I have 2018 sport coming and plan on changing out the grille to a Pro grille. i wonder if that will effect the sensor.
