Just painted the fender flares with some rattle can truck bed liner and then flat black. Big improvement imo.

Thanks! Very cheap to do, though had to battle two misaligned holes caused by the trailer hitch. Found the bumper on Amazon for $120. Comes with all appropriate hardware. Nice quality too.

Awesome, did you mount it to the valence itself or somewhere on the frame behind the bumper? I've seen a couple homemade brackets that attach to the valence and sit back recessed a little.
