Those TW members that go above and beyond

I want to give a big shoutout to one of the outstanding members that helps people out. I bought a 2002 Dakota, that, well it rhymes with Toyota! Pass side window switch did not work, but driver side made pass side work. Switch right? Nope! So I found schematics online and mostly got a headache trying to figure them out.

So I PMed this guy and he was happy to help, and he did even after I asked several stupid questions and made 2 rookie mistakes. I never let the magic blue smoke out though, so that's something!

So I did what he said and still no joy. It turns out the schematic was wrong on the pass window lockout switch. It shows a NO position when it it really NC. Bypassed switch and all is well. Can't lockout the pass window, but if the wife wants to roll down the window and jump out, she can!

Oh, you want to know who he is lol?

I didn't know who jimmyh was until I scrolled down and saw the "Old Guys Rule" - way to go ! There is a way you can give him Kudos but I forget how - maybe someone will chime in.
