Just bought my first Toyota and it was this well taken care of 2012 Tacoma Prerunner.
Low miles and I'm impressed how tight and quiet this truck still is after 5 years.
It still feels and rides like a new truck!
I went with the 4 cylinder for the mileage and since most of my driving is interstate/stop and start traffic. I'm ok with the power difference as the mileage was more important to me and I've heard such good things about the Toyota 4 cylinder engines.
I just wanted a nice looking truck with a back seat and this Prerunner fit the bill.
I absolutely love the factory stance the truck has. It's just right, and not too much for my taste.
I was interested in the 18 inch "chrome clad " wheels and recently upgraded to a set.
I just liked the way they looked.
However I didn't like the factory 265 60 18 tires though, I thought they looked a little too short for all the wheel well room this truck has.
What I decided to go with was one size up in height (kept the same width) from the factory size and I think it's just right and am really pleased with how they turned out.
    I still went with Bridgestone, it's a Bridgestone AT RH-S 265 65 18.
I see a lot of folks posting pics of wheels and tires here, so I thought this might be helpful if somebody else has something like this in mind.
I have a set of really nice 17" alloy 4Runner wheels wheels with new tires (only 5000 miles on them when I changed the wheels) that I'm selling on CL here in upstate SC.
The wheels have a few very minor scratches, which can easily be touched up if you wanted to and I decided to leave the TPMS sensors in them.
What do you guys think these wheels and tires are worth?
Thanks for inviting me to the forum! I'm looking forward to learning more about my truck here!
