Issues with rpm and lunging

    So this weekend on my 2005 Tacoma 4.0, I cleaned out the throttle body and put new spark plugs in ,ran it for awhile to get every thing out ..now it start up at 2,000 rpm then drops to 1500 rpm slowly in park or n. It's a 1,000 rpm in drive.. also driving this morning now when I come to a stop it feels like the truck wants to move forward or keep going. HELP
