I recently purchased a coleman tent trailer and the roof is pretty bad, it is made of abs plastic. It has a good amount of cracks big and small. I have been reading about it but no single best resolution. I was thinkin of taking some bondo and putting it on the top to level it out and then fiberglass it to seal it then paint it with grizzly grip paint. If anybody has any experience in this field please let me know, or if they have any advice. Thanks

    No worries

    Good luck over there.

A friend of mine had his roof start cracking. So he built a completely new roof. He basically built an up-side-down boat (ribs and sheeting) and coated it with fiberglass. He got some extra head room out of the deal, but he never really finished it as he never insulated it so he has some condensation issues.
