Go with the double cab. You'll get more use out of it.

AC keeps you from hauling an extra person too far."Cant take my truck unless you wanna ride in the back"

I have had them all from a single cab to a double cab and the double cab ive enjoyed the most, its just me and the wife but occasionally the daughter wants to go with us when we go to the mountains, plenty of room to put stuff in the dry and haul an extra rider if necessary,

Nope. And for the same reason I took the back seat out of my Mustang. If you want to enjoy the ride, sit in the passenger seat. Otherwise, you're cargo.

Look at the For Sale section, probably 90% DC. What's the ratio of DC to AC sold now. Hopefully, we're not headed to Toyota only builds the DC. The demographic maybe changing to younger owners, wanting a primary passenger vehicle.

old taco was an AC 99, used to put my twins in when infants on pass side and the ex used sit in the rear a few times during the snow storms

current is a DC 2009 and I prefer it over an AC now

If I need more room, I fire up the 95 F350 XLT DCLB which seats six comfy

Double cab all day for me. I like the looks of them personally, they seem 'normal now days. We are a family of four so it works great in any situation. I've also had the crew from work in it and four six + footers fit no problem which is real nice. I don't mind the length of my DCLB either, I came from a full size work van so it's nothing to me.

My sentiments exactly. I'd like the extra cab space, but I'm not gonna give up my long bed, and nor would I be happy with a DCLB. too long and awkward looking IMO.
