Hey guys, I've ordered the ARB deluxe Bumper for my 2008 TDC and have also acquired a Warn Zeon 10S. Can anyone confirm if this winch will fit this bumper? The ARB site does not have it listed as compatible. What orientation will it be mounted and would it require spacers? I believe it will require the relocation kit for the control box.

Also, I got the winch secondhand and it did not come with hardware. Can anyone state what hardware is required for mounting?

    Any input is appreciated!

I have a Zeos 8S, and they confirmed it would fit the ARB. The winch has to be rotated 90 degrees. The control box also has to be relocated, at least to the top of the bumper. That probably requires the short relocation kit.

There's a YouTube video showing the 10s into an ARB for an Xterra, so I'm thinking maybe. I'm also kind of remembering I stayed at 8S because of size...

I'm mounting my winch and bumper now, and can provide more info tomorrow / next week.

Hi thanks for replying. I actually installed the winch over Christmas without too much issue. The only mods were that I had to grind a relief in the front grill crossbar so the clutch handle could swivel (there was interference) and I had to drill new mounting holes and use spacers for the control box. Other than that it fit fine.

Did you have to get a WARN extension kit?

I bought the kit prior to attempting to install only to learn that the ARB bumper came with the cable extensions already in the hardware kit. The cables were the only components I used as the bracket mounting holes landed on clearance holes on top of the bumper so was effectively useless. You have to buy fog lights separate too as factory fogs do not fit the bumper.

I was hoping those terminals were for the remote locating. The pics online show a 4 plug extension as well -- not sure I have seen that one yet. I'm assuming that plug is only a "trailer" extension for 4 plug wiring? Also, the kit seems to have a "rubber" gasket?

I bought the ARB fog lights as well -- website was pretty clear on that - but you bought yours used?

Did you have to rotate the spool any? I've seen some videos that suggest that it needs to be done, but pretty sure none were Zeos.

Warn gives the same dimensions for the Zeon 8 and 10. Looking at their site the only difference is gearing for the additional pull weight.

Any pictures? I just got an ARB bumper and the Zeon 10. I'll be doing my install this week. You mentioned not needing the relocation kit? I bought one because I was told I would but it does appear that extra cables were included with my hardware for the bumper. It seems I may run into the same mounting issue you had. Any advice ahead of time is appreciated.
